Despite visiting his location several times while upset over an agency error that led to a month-long gap in coverage, Steven Redfern made precisely zero attempts to reach out to me or resolve my issue. The total lack of customer service from someone who calling themselves my agent is outrageous. Coupled with a complete unwillingness from State Farm to remedy my concern, this incident will not only have me choosing a new agent, but a new insurance provider.

Definetly a joke. Overpaid for office mistakes. Opened a claim and was told that I did not have full coverage due to his employees not doing their job. Transferred offices and now I learned that they just played with me for all this years. I like State Farm, just not the way this agent handles business.
