I can not say enough good things about Dr. Shahine and her staff. I am 61 years old and have always had a great fear of going to the dentist. I now look forward to having my teeth taken care of by them.

Every time I visit Shahine Dental the staff is very friendly, they are willing to go above and beyond for their patients while creating a very unique and friendly experience. Dr Shahine is very professional and when there is a problem, Dr Shahine always finds the perfect solution and will explain what is going on every step of the way. I have been coming to Shahine Dental for many years now and would go nowhere else. I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

If I could give this dentist a zero star rating I would. This practice I'd absolutely HORRIBLE. first off, I have been there for 3 years and every time Dr.Shahine herself comes in and tells me nothing wrong blah blah. I come back for my first cleaning after coronavirus closed the practice for months and she walks in to tell me I need veneers on my two front teeth and an implant and 2 fillings. So I cried. I was horrified. Her and the receptionist Nicole convinced me to apply for care credit for 3000 dollars in which I was approved to do the veneers. They schedule me an appointment immediately. Upon leaving I decided I wanted a second opinion. I called and canceled the appointment saying I just wasn't sure as your 2 front teeth are a HUGE thing. I have never been treated so badly in entire life. RED FLAG.nFast forward 3 months my daughters orthodontist asked for a letter from her General dentist to help have her braces approved by insurance. I reach out to Dr shahines office to get said letter and I get more attitude. I have to make her an appointment, no problem. I call for 3 weeks to be told she has to come in again because Dr shahine didn't even look at her teeth orthodontically. I finally get said letter and all she writes is a referral. When I call back they tell me they can't put anything more. The ortho tells me that's a lie, it is done all the time. Dr shahine and her staff are not only retaliating because I canceled a 3000 dollar veneer appointment but charged my insurance 2 times for my daughter to come in for the letter they essentially refused to write. This place is a joke and only care about money. on top of it, every time we have our cleanings we are in pain for days! No thanks.

Stay as far away as possible if you care about your teeth. I went in for a cleaning and was told I should get vaneers, needed multiple teeth crowned(never been told this before), also that I needed a root canal. I had fillings that needed to be done that I now have to have one re done. My insurance covers white fillings and she told me no they did not that she was doing the filling silver. I Said I would pay for it and she still refused to do a white filling. A filling that was done poorly which I am now having re done white as I requested, at a different office who also just successfully and with no pain filled a tooth that they demanded I needed a root canal on ASAP. When I said I was getting a second option she told me “go find a new dentist” and was very rude and unprofessional because she knew I would not be told I needed a root canal. I have zero pain or sensitivity in the tooth filled today elsewhere but am having pain in a tooth I had filled at this office TWO weeks ago. As I was leaving I asked about a filling I needed on the bottom that was not done she responded “nope you’re all set, you don’t need anything else”. This dentist does not care about her patients, just the money she can get from unnecessary procedures people are tricked into believing they need. I am now happily paying a dentist out of pocket that is trustworthy. Please go elsewhere.

All staff is amazing and very accommodating/compassionate. Flexible appointments as well as text reminders for your appointments. Dr. Shahine is over all the best dentist I’ve ever dealt with. She very compassionate. She takes the time to listen to your needs. I recommend her in my work life as well with personal individuals that I know.
