If you are looking to do a tour of all the major spots this is a great way of seeing them! Lenny the tour guide was very friendly and entertaining. I do wish we could have a bit more time at some of the spots, but what more can you really expect for the price! This would be a really great tour to do in the summer, when the falls were busy, I think you could skip some of the lines!

From Texas travelled the eastern coast last week , stopping at various attractions. This was by far the best value. Our guide BILL was informative, helpful and adaptive,Even helping us with or elderly father who had trouble walking long distances....highly recommend..Lots of bang for your buck!!

I highly recommend Lenny he was so funny and so energetic during the entire tour. Always made everyone laugh and made the entire day go smoothly! First time at the falls and my boyfriend an I were nervous and didnt have a plan and Lenny took over and even gave us some tips and suggestions on other things to do during our stay !!!

Quite possibly the worst tour that we have ever taken anywhere in the world. We could have put up with the bus with no air conditioning or working microphone if Maureen had been any kind of tour guide at all. While the attractions themselves were wonderful, her commentary consisted of telling us repeatedly to go to the casino and were to buy diesel fuel! Her instructions at each stop were either unclear or nonexistent. When she complained about a group of young people not listening to when they should return to the bus my husband told her he was listening and she had never said when to come back. Not only did she not give clear instructions at each stop, but she seemed unsure about who was in our group, even though there were fewer than 20 people. We actually left the tour early because what we were told was a 4 hour tour was going to take more than 6 on a day when lines were not very long at all. Save yourself a lot of money and take the trolley. That was how we got back to our car. It was inexpensive, efficient and informative and we wish we had known about it before we wasted our money on the tour. It was not what they represented when it was sold to us and we really would like to warn others.
