The delivery service is horrible. I am a member of Samaritan village rehab. On more than one occasion Ive gone over week without my psych meds, which was a contributing factor to my relapse. 5 days ago I spoke to a pharmacist who told me my prescription would be delivered the following day. I am still waiting. Unfortunately Samaritan village does business with them or I would definitely take my business elsewhere.

I hate having to rely on this pharmacy, I've had such terrible experiences with them. Unfortunately, I'm a foster parent and our agency will only use this pharmacy instead of letting us choose one in our neighborhood. They deliver but rarely when you actually need it. They come to deliver super late, almost always when the kids are sleeping and a few times when we are sleeping too! I've had deliverers not ring the doorbell and then say that I'm not home so I miss another day of the prescription. They call instead of knocking on the door but being busy and exhausted with the kids I don't always have my phone on me. They are horrible Gigi is always upbeat when she calls to confirm delivery but it does not make up for the fact that I HATE THIS PHARMACY.
