Have been parking there for 8 years on and off. I have paid for wrong spot multiple times over the years and have called to resolve tickets, paid for the wrong spot today was towed, I was one number off. I used the app.. Manager said I paid for the wrong floor it isn't his responsibility to check my plate to see if I paid before towing.nUsually takes a long time to pay at kiosk, roof top parking has lots of pot holes.nHomeless sleep in the stairwells. Very expensive parking.nOther than that it's great.

Run down, homeless shelter. I’m afraid to park on the top. Absolutely no service. Parking violations are assigned by an anonymous person who can’t write and with no contact information. Shameful.
Machine kicked out a different ticket than I selected, so I had to choose between paying twice to park or a ticket. I'd say you're better off parking anywhere else.nNot to mention their tickets for parking violation are intentionally difficult to pay.
How are you gonna have a “manager” walk around accusing people of not paying because I do not have a ticket on my dash. When you have an app that also lets you pay. Completely unprofessional.
