If you can get in (it's shipyard employee parking with a pass during the day, no pass but badge required later) it's the best parking downtown. Secure. Safe. No homeless heroin addicts sleeping in the stairwells. And best part, if you have access it's free. But it's shipyard employee parking only so limited use and access. And first come first served.
