I want to commend Matt's excellent follow-up and help in getting my insurance finally straightened out. He took over and his persistence and dedication paid off greatly. He kept me updated on the status and I quickly had full confidence in him. I am happy that individuals like him go above and beyond to help their clients. Matthew is actually pretty awesome, the amount I was paying with my previous insurance was insane and Matthew took the time out to lower my payment to more than half I was paying, and I'm extremely excited for that. all I can say is that Matt is a man of his word, very laid back and I was comfortable speaking to him on the phone very professional and because of I can actually save for money now.
