Russ helped my son work through a hockey related injury. We were extremely pleased with the therapy program he developed and the personal attention he received. Russ is a competent, talented, and dedicated physicial therapist. He is very accessible and continues to follow up with our son to make he stays pain free. Would highly recommend!!

Russ helped me get into better shape than I’ve been in in my life especially during a difficult time during the pandemic when gyms weren’t open. He was able to provide me with ways to stay in shape and get faster and stronger to prepare for my collegiate season and feel like I wasn’t a step behind. Was easy to follow along the workouts and he was always around to help whenever I had a question. The best there is!

Dr.Russ is absolutely the best no other way to put it. He has made an incredible impact on my athletic career and in living a healthier, happier lifestyle. I highly recommend Russ for any physical therapy needs. He has always looked out for me and I feel 100% because of him.

5 Stars is NOT a high enough rating for Mana Performance Therapy!! Russ has taken care of two of my boys throughout difficult injuries. I say taken care of because not only is Russ an outstanding Physical Therapist he also cares about his patients. I called Russ from the field when my youngest son was injured. Russ reached out several times to check on my son, he discussed the different options the surgeon gave us so we knew exactly what we were facing with recovery and expectations. Russ helped my son get through one of the most difficult times of his highschool sports career. I can say he has recovered and is back to full strength, we are just waiting for NYS to give the all clear for contact sports!! I can honestly say this would NOT have been possible with out Mana Performance Therapy! I would not trust anyone else with my boys. Russ is worth his weight in gold!!

Russ is awesome! His practice is great for athletes of all ages and sports specialties. I think what sets him apart from other providers is that he is authentically invested in each of his client's success.
