Wegmans Pharmacy

Absurd awful! They always had me calling the doctor or the insurance company, because they didn’t have some approval. The manager once said “she’s new and she didn’t scroll-down enough”. I was sick of being in the middle, trying to help them do their job. After about seven years I switched to Walgreens, I have not made any calls, they always know what to do, they always have my prescriptions right.

***Negligent behavior*** Someone broke into my car and stole my newly- filled medication. The pharmacist on call gave me a huge attitude and kept second-guessing what I was saying as if I was lying. Meanwhile, I’m obviously not lying, because I have a police report to prove it. I can’t believe pharmacist here think they’re holier than thou and they think they have rights above the law. Without this medication my health could be in danger and I told them that but they don’t seem to care. Horrible horrible customer service and I’m never going back There again

I love Wegmans Pharmacy. The staff is polite, considerate and eager to please. They always answer any questions and are so helpful with insurance issues.

I cannot recommend the Wegmans East Ave Pharmacy enough! They are friendly, extremely helpful and wonderfully compassionate.
