Who knew that the perfect red tile would be so hard to find? Luckily once I stopped in at Concept ll, Nicci was able to help me. She found me the perfect tile! I love it, it is exactly what I wanted. She was so helpful and kept me informed about the delivery and made the process easy. The showroom is beautiful too.

From start to finish Concept II provided exactly what I needed! Deb went above and beyond helping me make our tile choice. She even arranged 5 samples pieces of tile delivered direct from the manufacturer to our home so we could see it real time on our wall. This made such a huge difference! Deb educated me on tips and tricks to make tile work for many years. Being that we live 1.5 hours away, she made ordering over the phone and pick up extremely easy, keeping me up to date along the way. I had been to every tile store in my local area and no one was able to help like Concept II did! When I came across their website I was encouraged to discover greater tile possibilities. Her primary concern was to fit our needs and our style first, not just todays trends. It was refreshing to see old school service and charm with the most up to date choices available. My kitchen came out beautifully, thanks to Concept II design professionals. I'm an artist and designer but understood that the expertise coming from kitchen design experts was a necessary collaboration. The quality craftsmanship of Woodmode and Brookhaven cabinetry is exceptional. Our house is a 1930's classic Tudor and my goal was to create a kitchen that looks like it has always been there since the day the house was built. One of my favorite aspects to the kitchen is the timeless tile design—perfect enhancement to the kitchen space. We chose Encore Crackle Glazed tile in Cashmere; a soft sage green that brought in a soft, natural and appetizing color to an otherwise all white kitchen. I didn't want to go with plain subway tile because I thought it would look too industrial for a house that has intricate plaster work and distinctive moulding detail.
