I don’t know why it is that people that work within the court are so cranky. Every time i’ve dealt with any court, they are rude & act like I am an inconvenience, even though it is their job. I had had higher hopes for the Washington court, but I’ve been let down. I am unimpressed with the way I was treated. I hope further actions are taken to address this behavior. It is unacceptable to be acting childish while holding a professional position. I truly hope this behavior is recognized, and improved.
If I could do 0 stars I would. Every single lady I have talked to on the phone is not helpful and very mean. I strongly believe they pick the most cruel women to be clerks. Do better and stop making everything harder than it has to be. Beautiful town, ugly court system.
So this is a love hate review, reason for only 3 starts instead of 1 or 5. No one is perfect in this world, and there are plenty always trying to be better in life. I have done a few mistakes in my life putting myself in the court systems. Now, for someone who is trying to do better in life and get out of those bad habits, you have to contact either the 5th District or Justice Court. I've contact this place the most. Every. Single. Time. I have called here, I was treated low, talked to as if I was illiterate/incompetent, and the person did not want to be talking to me. This last call I talked to a Valerie. She was absolutely amazing, she sound kind hearted and wanting to help to the best of her ability, she was amazing! She couldn't help much, but she tried and was sincere about it. It sounded like she was there to help genially help people stop making poor choices and be better. THANK YOU VALERIE! 5 Stars for her service, 1 star for every single other time I've been helped here.
The clerks are very helpful and kind. I wasn’t expecting this type of service but they have absolutely amazed me by how professional and willing they are to help.
Spending over 2 hrs to see a judge on a case that I already pledge guilt too. You just want my money and let me go, I have cancer and don’t have time to waste.
