We had the greatest experience with them, we bought a house and needed new flooring in all the house, and fast before we moved in, they were on top of everything! Dave was great and wonderful really responsible and fast to fix every little detail that would come up, they are very experienced and honest, also they are very fair priced, we had 5 bids and they were the best price, Scott the person that did our flooring had 44 years experience and it showed, they even finished 2 days earlier. Our experience was stress free and wonderful, we definitely recommend them, fast, honest, punctual and wonderful people to work with. we just love our new floor.
Very nice,negotiable, and helpful customer service. If you are a do it yourselfer, this should be your first choice for flooring.
We live in Florida and have a rental property in Silverdale. Kitsap Flooring Outlet did some good work for us in the past, so we called them up again when we needed new floors in our rental. Dave was fast and responsive in getting out for measurements, and selected some good looking and budget friendly carpet and laminate choices for us (since we couldn't be there ourselves). We got scheduled quickly, and he kept us updated and sent photos of the finished product. From the time I called, to the time the floors were done was less than 2 weeks I think. I couldn't possibly ask for more. Thank you Dave and Kitsap Flooring Outlet!

This IS the place to go. Whether your needs are big or small. Everywhere I went I was turned away. I only needed a small amount of vinyl for a bathroom floor. Well, not only did they have the flooring I needed the price was amazing. Nice friendly staff too. I'll shop there again that's for sure and I highly recommend them. If you need fancy displays, this is not the place for you but if you're looking for great deals and quality products it definitely is. Highly recommended...worth the time to stop in.
