January 24, 2020nnWe were recently referred to Floor Decorators Carpet One in Bremerton, WA when we had a need for a new carpet in our home.nThe manager, Joe Brown, greeted us with a warm handshake and gave us no pressure to buy from him. He personally sat down with us to assist us in choosing carpet selections that fit within our home owner’s insurance claim budget. He allowed us to take a sample board home with us and overnight mailed larger pieces for us to compare at home.nIn a timely manner, we were informed of the two day installation that was to take place.nThe installers, Mike and Austin, arrived on time, explained what they would do the first day and respectfully got to work. Because I had naively chosen to fill some holes in our cement foundation with Quickset, Mike showed me how it would break and quietly fixed my “repairs”.nMike and Austin completely carpeted four rooms and two hallways in two days work. At the end of the second day, I offered to vacuum so they could finally go home.
