Couldn’t be happier with the quality product and professional service and installation Custom Hearth provided! From the beginning product choice to final installation, everyone here was so helpful! They even provided a referral to another local business for a part of the work that needed to be done, and I was just as pleased with them. The entire project came together seamlessly. So glad I chose Custom Hearth! I highly recommend them!! Thank you!!

Excellent sales and service. Most importantly, Mark and Aaron dismantled an existing stove and venting unit, and had to deal with adapting the new installation of the new stove. It came out perfectly. Very happy customer.

professional and friendly staff. Good prices. They also kept us informed during the cove occlusor which was very helpful. The installers Mark and Randy were great.they were very friendly and knowledgeable and treated us like family. They made sure before they left that any questions we had were answered and that they thoroughly showed us how to work the wood stove.I would recommend anybody wanting a wood stove or a fireplace go to custom hearth fireplace. They also do wood pellet and gas.

I told the technician last night I was going to write a review and be very candid and hopefully fair. Here are the facts.nnI came into their store 18 days ago looking for logs to replace the ones that were destroyed by my previous tenant. There were several people assisting me and it eventually led to one of the techs showing me a gas log unit that certainly looked like it fit the requirements I had.nnHe showed me where he believed I could download the PDF manual so that I could assemble it and turn it on. I took the unit home and immediately looked for the PDF. No such luck. I called the next day and spoke to a person and was told someone would get back to me. It didn't happened.nnI followed up the following Monday and again, I tried to call but no one picked up the phone so I left a message. Later in the day, I had to call again. No answer.nnThe following day I called again, got a live person and explained what was going on. Again I was assured that someone would help me. Nothing happened. This went on for 3 more days. I talked to at least 3 people, again being assured that someone will get back and help me. Nothing happened.nnI got in my car to go to the store and again, I talked to at least one more new person again, being assured that someone will get back to me. All I ever wanted was the PDF. I also talked to another staff person the next day and she told me that she would work on getting me the pdf. All I got was a link to the dealer and that I had to locate them online or call them myself. This isn't what I wanted. I wanted the PDF manual.nnFinally the technician responded to me in an email that he would make arrangements to come out to assemble it and turn it on. I accepted the offer and again reiterated that I would be perfectly happy with the PDF manual.nnAgain, 3 days go by and no contact to arrange the appointment.nnI finally wrote the technician and expressed my disgust that after 16 days, I still didn't have a PDF manual and couldn't feel secure in putting it together. The technician wrote back and said he would be by in 2 days and put it together. Again I accepted the offer but would have been happy with the PDF.nnHe did come as promised and explained that they were short staffed and was extremely busy. I accepted that answer except for one caveat. For the 2 weeks prior, no less than a dozen people were aware of the problem but no one took ownership to take care of my problem.nnHe was very courteous and apologized for this having gone on as long as it did. I am glad that he took care of my problem. Apparently the dealer would not assist in giving him the PDF. What the heck kind of dealer is that that won't assist the business in helping get the customer what he needed? I don't get it.nnI'm super sensitive to google reviews. I depend on them myself for my business. But this was a complete oversite failure on the part of the owner and management. I know what customer service means as I have to be on my game at all time myself.nnI'm giving Custom Hearth 3 stars and that is being generous. They need to review their practices and policies so that when customer situations come up like this, they have established protocol to handle them.
