So amazing! From start to finish this experience could not have been better! We randomly went to this shop after being referred by my friend Madison. We were just going to get some ideas! Dorine was super helpful and so knowledgeable. She not only helped us to figure out what we wanted but helped us stay within our budget. Everything went together so quickly from template to installation! All the guys were very friendly and professional. Thank you Andrew, Tyler, Ralph, and Elisio and Dorine! Great Customer Service! We worked with Dorine. She was great throughout the experience. She really went beyond her expectations when she met with us after 5 on a weekday and put quotes together for us on the weekend. You can tell she has a great passion for her position and she provides excellent consumer education. I am very happy that I decided to go with David Whittington over Home Depot. We worked with Dorine to find a remnant piece of granite for our small aging cabin. She has been great through the process - and very responsive to my many questions via email. The job was done quickly and efficiently with extra help leveling our counter at the time of installation. A very positive experience.
Customer service can't be beat!! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Extremely helpful in helping us pick out a new countertop for our renovated kitchen. Many thanks to Dorine for going above and beyond, staying late in order to receive the delivery of our sink so that we could stay on schedule for our install! Install crew was fast and efficient, and what messes they made they cleaned up right away. Also, they made sure to take the time to advise us on the proper way to care for our new granite. We would highly recommend Dave and his staff, and will certainly be using them again in the future for our bathroom remodel!
