We stumbled on this gem while on vacation and it turned into being one of the highlights of the trip! The owner was lovely and very engaging. The store was well organized and had something for everyone (kids, cookbooks, fiction, non-fiction.....).
Great little bookstore, enormous selection of used books. Very nice & helpful proprietor.
This is a great shop stacked full of high quality used books and cool ephemera at really great prices. More importantly, the bookseller is knowledgeable and so personable! We love to stop in for books and conversation whenever we are in Sherman. It is truly a curiosity shoppe, a little off the beaten path but WORTH it.
It looked the way a bookstore should. We fell in love with it. The owners were so friendly!
The store is a great cultural asset to the Chautauqua Lake region. Extensive collection on many topics including foreign languages, history, philosophy, literature and local history.
