They answered all my Qs and enlightened me on how-to best put honey & bee pollen to work in my life to boost my immune system.nHoney soothes my throat & stops me coughing (even with bronchitis).nThe bee pollen is even more-potent at boosting the immune system than honey.nWhenever I start to develop symptoms (like a sore throat) I take two tsps a day. I've even had success using it to cure strep throat.
