Visited the theater first time after it's reopening on 03/07. Although it was clean and relaxed, they'd better work on the quality. We were in the room #3 and the picture was blurry and unfocused right from the ads. I asked a stuff guy but he assured that once movies starts, it would be clear. Yet this didn't happen. So I had to go downstairs during the movie and ask the lady at the service desk to check, but she did nothing. The movie was very good, so my kids decided to stay, but I'm very disappointed with the quality and the service.

It was a good experience coming to this movie theater. The Dolby Cinema is one of the best experiences ever with good sound and good picture. However, the food is expensive and not too many options at a Dine In Theater unlike Menlo Park Mall which has more food options. And the theater should put more effort and time for ensuring a clean theater. But the milkshakes are big and huge like a venti size Starbucks ☺ufe0f

The place is fine. But if you come for a movie late at night (between 9pm to closing) be prepared to be locked out at some gate while you frantically try to smash it to pieces. I'm assuming staff are assigned to maintenance work or something, leaving them to close the gate to enter the theater while movies are still playing. It really makes a stubs member of AMC or any customer really feel like they aren't welcome. I've missed the beginning of countless films for this reason and I feel like it is worth traveling far out to New Jersey to at least arrive at a theater that respects its customers. Apart from what I've mentioned the food is great and the staff there however are doing a fantastic job. It is a shame because it is such a convenient location placed in the heart of Staten Island.
