Great experience, nice sales person Maria was great. Recommend getting to protection plan for any modifications. Will definitely come back soon.

I bought a beautiful ring. Very happy with the price. Very unhappy with my experience when trying to get the actual size ring. While purchasing the employee was very pushy about the care plan, but whatever. I come in the next day to see about exchanging for the correct size and hit the same care plan wall. I purchased the ring with the understanding that I could get the correct size within 60 days. That's the impression the first sales person gave me. I will not be buying from here again. I don't recommend you come here if you have any question about sizing as they will not be helpful unless you throw another 65 dollars their way. Don't buy people gifts from here unless you are certain it will fit.

Ring was a gift purchased just over 2 months ago , Diamond fell out. They wont fix it because Warranty Plan was not purchased. Why would you buy a Warranty plan that cost more then the ring? Female employee was very polite but elderly Male came into conversation and was totally impolite! He would not even listen to story just said, Nope,Nope,Nope!!The ring was only worn 3 times and diamond fell out already, not very good quality at all. You would think they want to make customer happy but not this place. Save your money go buy Jewelry some other store. I plan to visit them again to give them 1 more chance to resolve issue.
