Terrible terrible terrible!! I know they just opened but boy oh boy I was so excited about having a forever 21 in the Staten Island Mall what a huge disappointment. I got treated so disrespectful. I will never step foot in the store again.... Instead of learning and trying to help the employees kept saying I don’t know. It’s like everyone wanted to be left alone...

the workers are ok the clothes are also I would say just ok. the prices aren't always worth it unless it's on sale it does seem to usually have something cute that is worth the price
