Brian Goff is awesome. I came to Goff jewelers for a custom necklace and for some repairs. It is hard to find a jeweler who is trustworthy... but I have found one I will continue going to. Everyone is friendly, honest, and excellent service. I highly recommend!

My review has nothing to do with the quality of my wedding ring 1crt Or the diamond earrings.. When my husband and I were looking for a New Wedding ring to replace the one I had. We stop by to look at Goff Jewelers. This Nice lady with red hair I think her name was Ruth or ruby she said she been with the Jewelry store for a long time. This was back in 10/2018 when we purchased the ring and earrings from Goff. My husband and I understood that if we decided to purchase, we could get no interest charge if we payed off the amount within the 12 months. So the Nice lady came back to tell us how much we are qualified for. So we began with the sizing and purchase. We never knew we were getting a credit card in mail. We thought we were getting in store financing. So we payed the purchase off in may 2019.. Didn’t know that the credit card we received had to be used within 12 months or the card company would close our account. This jewelry store has some expensive prices on their jewelry. So who going to go by jewelry like that.. We would’ve Explore elsewhere if we were told more about us receiving a credit card and the rules . But the offer of zero financing for the first year was great for the ring we purchased. So that’s why we continue to purchase.. So just giving you a little break down of the matter and our purchase and experience with the sales person.. My main reason for giving 3 stars. Is that I received a update on my credit report and my score had went down Points.. due to this unused credit card. That had 0 balance..

Thomas the jeweler is amazing!!!!! If you’re looking for a quality jeweler, Thomas is your guy! Truly can’t say thank you enough. My boyfriends father was rushed to the hospital in November and his ring fell and was smashed by something in the hospital. It had to literally be pried off the floor. It was a family heirloom my bf father had received from his own mother. Unfortunately, after battling for more than a month, he passed away.nnWe went into Goff Jewelers and spoke to Brian who was so kind and sympathetic to our situation. He confirmed that the ring was severely damaged and most likely beyond repair, but they would do their best to because they wanted to help us out. If it wasn’t fixable they would melt it and make a pendant.nnWhen we walked into the mall yesterday my boyfriend said to me “I wonder what they turned it into”.nnWhen Thomas came out with the ring, we were completely floored! Not in a million years did we ever think we’d see that ring again. We for sure thought we would be picking up a pendant. My boyfriend had tears in his eyes when we left (don’t tell him I told ud83eudd10). He said “that’s some skill he’s got”nnWe gave the ring to his mother to wear (it fit perfectly) and she could not stop looking at it and smiling all night. She could not believe the craftsmanship. She said her husband would have been so happy if he had been around to see it. So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you Thomas for the amazing work on the ring. You went above and beyond and literally gave us something priceless, and we will never forget that. Goff Jewelers was amazing from start to finish, especially working with Brian was a pleasure! I contacted Goff jewelers about a necklace that I wanted repaired (which I honestly thought couldn't be fixed), and Brian responded right away. The communication with Brian throughout the process of repairing my necklace was excellent and I couldn't be happier. They did a GREAT job fixing it, and it looks brand new! I really feel like they care about the customers at Goff jewelers and go above and beyond with their services. I will definetly be coming back and I recommend Goff Jewelers to anybody, thanks again!
