One of the best Kay’s in the city. Very knowledgeable employees and quick assistance . Everyone from sales to none sales does a fantastic job representing the company Zaynah was my favorite consultant helped me out a lot with picking out a new piece for a family member. She was great . The whole staff was awesome.

It was my first time shopping at Kay jewelers for my anniversary & was being helped by the store manager Rabia, She's amazing!!!!! The staff was so nice & involved in my purchase. They really worked as a team, will definitely go back for future occasions. You guys rock!!!!!

They are rude and inconsiderate. They saw me waiting and not until after 11 I bang the gate did they come with a sign saying they will be opening at noon.. So I walk around with my kids come back after 12 and they just watch me and continue without opening the gate. Learn to respect people's time!

Had an amazing experience at Kay jewelers thanks to Loris. From the minute I walked in to the store to the min I walked out not only he was super helpful yet also attentive to my needs and was so very knowledgable of all watches, their technology and of all the sales and promotions. I walked out as a very happy customer that is so looking forward to return and complete my Christmas wish list.
