Easy for parking, food and library are close and last but not least ferry times posted.

On time.. This is easy on and off foot ferry for Port Orchard to Bremerton. Clean and courteous crew... Thank you
It is my goal in life to get the ferry employees to say something going both directions (“hi,” “bye,” “screw you,” etc.). It’s not that they’re unfriendly...it’s just that they spend all day going back and forth dealing with all different types of people. Including jerks like me who have no life and want to play Mr. Funny Guy.nnNow, onto the terminal itself. It’s an interesting little area. Food, antique stores, and a library all within a few feet make this a great little day away trip from Bremerton. I don’t believe there are any public bathrooms (?) so make sure to do your business before getting on the ferry. There are also people from all different walks of life in this little area (from folks asking you for money to tourists, people giving you flyers to go to their church to families), which makes this a great place to people watch!
A fun ride on the Carlisle II, 65' Wood, put into ferry service 1917. $2, a bargain.
