Professional, accommodating, and an all around enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I contacted the company 6 months prior to planning a proposal on their beautiful boat and Janaea (one of the owners) made the process so painless it almost had me worried. You could instantly tell this was not their first time entertaining on this boat and it was obvious from the moment you step aboard. I opted for the food package (highly recommended) which Janaea procured from the absolute best local vendors which included locally made salami, artisan bread, smoked salmon, baked brie, and this was all accompanied by a rose.nnCaptain John and Janaea had many stories and always made sure we were having the best experience possible. Words from this review cannot express how wonderful and truly special this made our engagement and i would recommend this experience to everyone!

We loved our sail on Three Jaze! They thought of everything to make our sail comfortable, beautiful, and breathtaking, as well as providing delicious snacks and amazing wine! Highly recommend.

We chartered an evening cruise around Puget Sound with Blue Whale Sail. In short, worth every penny. The cruise was for our wedding anniversary, so I wanted the weather to be perfect. It was cloudy with some rain the day of the sail. But instead of insisting we had to sail the day we reserved, Janaea and John were so flexible, allowing us to work around the weather. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at how willing they were to accommodate us. They were personable from the start, almost like old friends out for a fun evening. They served top notch wine and food, the sun was out, and I even got to steer the boat. We're planning another longer sail with them. I would recommend them without hesitation if you're looking to get a real flavor of the region - from a very unique angle.

John and Janaea @ Blue Whale Sail are fantastic. We had a great day together off Bainbridge for my dad’s birthday. They were both kind, accommodating, and lovely to spend the day with. Delicious local foods and wine as well. Hope to go out again with Blue Whale Sail soon!

I chartered a trip for my surprise engagement. John and Janaea went above and beyond to make this trip special for my fiancee and I. John even picked us up from the ferry terminal! They prepared a wonderful selection of food, champagne, and roses. They gave us the privacy we needed but were also able to snap some good pictures of me on one knee. Highly recommended!
