I am a high school teacher. I saw Dr. Lopresto during the summer because I had a cyst on my foot. When she saw me she drained the cyst and told me if it came back to call her right away and she would order ex rays. Within a few weeks the cyst came back along with some intense pain. I called her office back and was told she would not see me unless it was between 8 am and 2pm. I feel as if I was just shoved to the side...like I as a patient did not matter because I work a job during the day! Now I have to go back to my PCP and get a new referral. As a teacher I do not have the time to be in pain on my feet. I would not refer any other teacher to use her service.nnEdit: after sharing how upset I was with this situation I was called back by her office. They have extended their hours on Thursday’s until 4 after complaints from myself and other patients about the hours. I will be seeing her again next week. I am very pleased as her level of care is great.
