When I contacted PIC Home PROS the first voice was very important to me.nI had major concerns about getting someone into my home asap due to my shower was leaking and creating a major problem. The customer service service person was very calming and helpful. The salesman Gary that came to my home was very friendly even with my dog. THAT says a lot. There was no time to waste and not a big budget. Gary helped get this project as a emergency . The price was still very high for the size of the bathroom. It had to be done right so we moved forward with contract. I received a phone call from the PIC PRO office saying they will be at my home at 8:30 am they meant it. The two gentlemen that arrived started asap. They worked together so well that one did all the demolition and the other man cleaned so fast. This project was removing a tub , shower, removing mold that had built up. I AM SO HAPPY with the work from this company . It gives me a piece of mind that this project was done correct and not just a cover up over my old shower. They say you pay for what you get and in my honest opinion this company gives you that.nI RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL WORKERS AND PRODUCTS.

PIC was helpful and knowledgeable. They spent the time to review everything with me before making a decision. There product is superior and much thicker than the other companies we met with. The installers were neat and did a wonderful job!
