Trying to sue me in small claims court for $51. Showed up at my place of business without talking to me (the owner). Handed a teenager a piece of paper to sign after inspecting a fire extinguisher. The teenager signed it because she had no idea what she was supposed to be doing or why they were even there. Deceptive business practice. Tried to tell me I'm now in a yearly renewal because somebody underage signed off on a piece of paper a technician handed to her. Explained to them that they really need to be dealing with the OWNER of a business, or an authorized representative not teenage employees (pretty sure that's not even legal). Got no response. For the record, it's cheaper to buy a fire extinguisher than to have these people come out and do whatever the heck it is they're doing to the fire extinguishers. Just real shady. I would not recommend.
I find Karen to be very abusive while speaking with her on the phone. Very poor customer service.
