Got anappointment in three days at 8:00 am for alesion on my leg. l was seen right on time and handled by a very nice, efficient nurse. Dr. Z came in right away and after an examination said I needed an biopsy proceeded to do the biopsy quickly and painlessly. He was very friendly and professional. Fingers crossed.

Trying to book an appointment with this doctor which my primary recommended and they told me that doctor can see me even if I pay out of pocket, I don't understand why? She said your prescription won't be cover, am like I know And I will pay out of pocket......very insensible she didn't care at all .....

I was so happy to call and find they scheduled appointments at 6 am however when I got there for my 6am appointment I was informed by an EXTREMELY RUDE receptionist that the Doctor usually doesn't come in until 6:15. I asked then why offer 6 am appointments in which she responded with a shoulder shrug. No thanks this guy obviously thinks his time is more valuable than his patients. Go around the corner to 75 Gilcrest. Lost yourself a patient this morning.

All other dermatologist had at least 4-6 week waiting lists, but I was able to get in to see the PA within a week of calling. The staff is very nice, helpful, and pleasant. The PA took our history and gave us what we need for our skin problem. Scheduled a recheck in 6 weeks and expect that we will continue to be happy with the people in this office.
