Pharmacist are the most unpleasant to work with. When you call with a simple question it’s as if your inconveniencing them and interrupting their gossip hour. Which they are doing every time you walk into the store. Absolutely no customer service. In the wrong career to be dealing with patients with medical issues. Horrible horrible horrible!

Pharmacy staff is EXTREMELY rude. EVERY single time. Will be changing pharmacies and probably won’t even shop at Walgreens anymore. Will be taking my complaints to cooperate with the names of each pharmacist with terrible customer service. Most people picking up medications have severe medical issues. Where’s your compassion?

Close to home..with disabilities location is vital.. Auto refills and text notifications make having meds easier
