Ok for a parking garage but it needs work. Poor signage, non-working elevators and crumbling stairs need to be addressed.

It's a parking garage. Though subtle state of disrepair in areas, most notably the permanently busted elevator.

Bad infrastructure, looks like trash, no response to phone line, machines not working meant we couldn't leave. Abyssmal.

Convenient location, clean and easy to get in and out with a credit card. A bit pricey, $16 for the day.
