I just had my third great experience with the Manchester, NH Social Security office. They are very informative, professional and personable. I wish everyone I spoke to on a daily basis was like this.
Absolutely mind boggling that there is NO parking available. The parking situation really sets up a horrible experience and continues with SOME employees being rude and generally unprofessional.nnI would like to say that there was some employees that were professional and courteous.nnThe phone services I received was very much acceptable.
Out off all the offices in the entire state this just might be the worst one I have been arguing with these people for almost half a year now about getting my stuff direct deposited an every month they tell me it will start next month start next month well guess what still don't have my ssi money and rent was due yesterday and still don't have it and ITS NOT IN THE MAIL SOOO WHERES MY MONEY NOOOO I IDEA
Completely useless. Won't even answer your call. After going through the menu tree, they hang up on you. I was unable to give zero stars so I had to give one
