Over the years as most of the more senior employees have been retiring, customer service has been going downhill. Nancy will be missed and I hope she's doing well. I'm not sure if Penny still works here but she's also very friendly and courteous. Pat lately always has a nasty attitude and can't be bothered nor listen or care for customer concerns, she's gotten very rude, if she hates her job she should leave it.

Horrible automated system. Cant get through to anyone for help and continuously get cycled through options with no help in the end. Horrible customer service!

I’d give it no stars, but that isn’t an option.nnI have never, ever, been to a USPS that does not print shipping label(s) for you, if you don’t have a printer.nnI went in, told the lady I had an item to send off, and asked if she could scan the barcode to print the label for me. I do not own a printer, and I would have been happy to pay ten cents for that “inconvenience.”nShe stated that I needed a QR code to do that, and that a barcode wouldn’t work.nOn top of that, when I first asked if she could help print it, she said “all I have here is scotch tape.” That had nothing to do with my question! Also, you have a computer, several at that, all of which I could see.nnThis has never been an issue, and I’m shocked she didn’t try to at least help me. I’ve been to mailing centers that at least offered to have me email them the shipping label, so that they could print it.

I have much respect for postal workers. My Grandmother retired as a Post Master. I just don't understand how hard it is to deliver a package to the proper address when the name of the recipient and the address is spelled out plainly on the package. I had an Amazon package coming my way and USPS was the final mode of delivery. I got notification that it got delivered but, couldn't find it anywhere. I put in an inquiry / ticket with the post office and they admitted to me they delivered to the wrong address. Over the course of a few days, they tried to find it but, couldn't. They apologid and said there was nothing more they could do for me. So now, I have something I paid for that I'm never going to get because of the Post Office.

Had an appointment to renew a passport. Immediately chastised for being early even though the confirmation says to arrive 10 minutes early. No one was there AT ALL for any service. Then she won’t accept my 17yo’s application because my name is different. BUT 17 yo can apply by themselves with a notarized letter of permission from ONE parent which we did have from his dad who lives in another state. NOPE! I came home and looked it up on the Dept of State site and sure enough I was right. ud83dude44. If you are going to have a service maybe you should train your staff who provide the service. I drove 40 minutes to go to this APPOINTMENT with all the documentation required but did not get the service. BTW I had a stroke and have speech issues and she kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask a question or state the requirements of the feds site
