They will only put one meter per building..which raises an issue for 2 owners of a duplex...no condo association so the bill is divided in half even though the usage is NOT equal.nI am the only resident of my unit whereas there are 3 people in the other unit.nI'd like to know how/why they are any different than other utilities. The electric and gas companies meter each and every residence/business in the city.
Very professional and efficient. The best experience I’ve had working with any city department. I was able to purchase and install my deductible water meter easily. The gentleman who checked the work and connected the radio box arrived early, set it up in about 10 minutes. Very pleased with my experience.
Thank you water department workers for taking care of the water main break yesterday. Such hard wet and cold work and you finished it by the end of the day. I have water!nKnow there is more work to be done for those homes nearer the break, my sympathy to those home owners.
Terrible service. Called several times and every time i went to speak to a representative they answered and i started to talk to them. They would act like they couldn't hear me so I said hello a couple of times and asked them if they could hear me. The rep said yes and so I started to talk about my property. The rep hung up. This happened every single time I called or they did not answer at all.
