Very helpful staff great products

I usually don't leave reviews for stores, but the worker that helped me tonight, I think her name was was Fatima, was awesome. I was getting a ring for my girlfriend for Christmas, and it was very important to me. She was super nice, helpful, and she even helped me find this really nice ring.

The staff is always incredibly helpful

A very disappointing Pandora store. I went in there today to buy some clips and see what was new. There were two employees there at the time one was busy with another customer and I was the only other person in the store. I told the girl who was not waiting on anyone else that I was looking for some clips. She handed me a catalog and told me to look in there and If i saw something I wanted she would get it for me. I didn't come into the store to look at a catalog, I could of looked at them online if I wanted to do that. She could see that I was wearing three Pandora bracelets, so clearly, I was a customer. Very poor customer service, I took my catalog and will shop elsewhere.
