I purchased a sofa and recliner in September 2020. We were told due to COVID manufacturing times would be longer and told we’d receive the furniture in January. January came and no furniture, they didn’t even bother to call us and inform us. I called them, spoke to our salesperson who told us it would be mid-February. She also said she’d call the warehouse and call us back. We never heard from her. I called again at the beginning of February. We were told delivery is being moved to the end of February. Again they didn’t call us with the change we had to call them. Last week we called again to check on the status. Guess what!?! It has been changed to the end of March. The staff is extremely rude. They become angry with you because you’re angry that you’ve been lied to, phone calls not returned, and the furniture is severely delayed. They’ve done nothing to help with the situation. They took a 50% non refundable deposit but have zero issue treating you like this. STAY AWAY!
They have a great collection of furniture beautiful fabric and color's
I wasn't overly impressed at the quality of their products considering the price markup, but what really turned me off was the condescending millennial sales rep who rolled her eyes at any question we asked. Won't be returning.
