We just had our new floors installed by Minuteman floors and we have been extremely happy with the high quality of the work. Steve was very easy to talk to and very flexible with us and our requests throughout the whole process and everyone from the crew was very polite and knowledgeable. We felt that we were in good hands and the results were amazing. We had carpet installed on our stairs which looks absolutely great and we had plank flooring on the second floor and it looks impeccable. We are so delighted with the work. Thank you Minuteman Floors!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his installation crew. From the first phone call through installation day he was friendly, honest and accommodating to our schedule. He provided a wide variety of options to choose from. Pricing was right in our budget. His installation crew arrived a little late due to the weather but they walked in and got right to work. They were ALL respectful of our home, our dogs and to us. We did a walk through when they were done. The seams were pointed out, which I would never know they were there had he not shown us. The carpet on the stairs is perfect. The transition to the bathrooms (where there is tile) is flawless. They did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend Steve and this crew. Will definitely call him when we are ready to do the downstairs.

We love our carpets from Minutemen, everyone was super friendly and we like our carpets. There was an issue with having enough people to do the job and therefore a few things took longer and a few things got missed initially. When we called about it they did resolve the issues. Good quality carpeting and really good and thorough consultation. We would hire again.

I hired Minuteman Floors to replace flooring in my condo. I had linoleum in kitchen and bath and carpet in the living room. I spoke with owner Steve on the phone and we hit it off immediately. Steve is a great guy, honest and up front. We met and Steve presented me with several different options and spoke about the advantages and disadvantages of each until we, together, found the right flooring for me. Steve sent me a very reasonable quote which included removal and disposal of all existing flooring to be removed. The best thing Steve did, and it was included in price**, was they removed the trim before installation of floors and then re-applied the trim. This was HUGE as this is a much better look, and it was included!!! Steve's guys came in, on time, and blew out the entire project in one long day. They were fast, efficient and CLEAN. I would absolutely recommend Steve and Minuteman Floors to anyone who wants floors without a headache.

We had new wooden stairs put into our home and the final product looks fantastic. It was an excellent experience working with Steve, as he is totally professional and a pleasure to work with. Every aspect of our experience with the team was positive from initial consultation through the installation and finishing process to completion. Steve clearly enjoys working with people on their homes and put in a lot of effort upfront to help us think through and investigate options on the style, design and budget aspects of the project. He was attentive, flexible with our schedules and responsive to our timeline. The carpentry work is impeccably done and the expert carpenter Michael is a terrific person to work with. The advice he gave about finishes was key to creating a beautiful staircase that transformed the look and entryway to our house into a modern update that perfectly complements our traditional colonial home.
