Karin S. Has a tendency to be extremely rude. She has talked back to me when I gave her my birthdate before my name, and she talked back to my boyfriend who was letting them know he had a prescription he was waiting for. She told us we had to wait 30 min so we sat in the car for about 40min and came back inside for her tell us that she rejected the prescription and sent it to rite aid, which is also more expensive for us. I have constantly had bad interactions with her and constantly receive judge mental looks from her. I’ve done nothing but be understanding if there’s a wait and polite with every interaction I have with anyone who works there. I don’t know why she feels the need to be rude, but I’m getting ready tired of it.

Waited 20 minutes in line for a prescription which had been ready a day earlier, cashier rung up regular price and wouldn't honor my Goodrx coupon unless I waited another 20 minutes, back to Walgreens and instant service
