At 66 years old, having lived many places, I have never experienced such problems with mail delivery and service ever before. We have lived here over 3 years and not a week goes by without a problem. We are considering getting a PO box in a neighboring town. We should not have to do that, and spend the money, in order to feel our mail is getting to us and not lost. Mail misdelivered regularly, mail lost, outgoing mail not taken and sitting there 2 or 3 days. I could go on, it just is terrible. I have had missing bills, missing payments and even an important message from Social Security never got to me. Something is seriously wrong here.

They try always to be fair and pleasant. My carrier walks 4 miles a day on her route. She smiles every day!

The people there are great and willing to help; or help find the right person to talk with to get an answer/solution. Kudos to Tammy, Jan, Kammie and miss Ginnie! Keep the smiles and banter coming :) A little patience goes a long way.
