Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. Get satellite or go through your cell provider if you can. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in this area and can get away with charging over twice as much as other ISP’s while delivering 1/10 of the internet speed.nnOn top of that they were supposed to have fiber installed in my community 3 years ago, still waiting. Took 1 year to come install a box inside the house. Another year to install a box on the outside of the house. Another year to run the fiber cable from the alley to the box outside the house. Probably come around next year to actually put the cable they ran inside the box and another year or so to actually turn it on...if we are lucky

Been a customer for 3 years now and everyday my hatred and disappointment grows even greater. Their WIFI service is absolutely horrendous, about as useful as a plastic Barbie computer.

Only WIFI option for where I live and paying $116 for $20 quality WIFI. Thought quality was supposed to improve the higher the price.
