If you are looking for fantastic customer service from a knowledgeable individual, be sure to ask for Lucas! We found exactly what we needed for our home remodel project, and were even given advice on what else we could do to enhance our project.

We experienced friendly, efficient service. Quick on delivery time and was willing to meet our deadlines. After two separate orders and now getting ready for a third, they will be the ones we call. Thank you and a shout out to Lucas and Bill I appreciated the patience and accuracy.

This store is usually a good place for go-to lumber and materials. But this past week I’ve entered the store on a few occasions to see multiple customers, coughing into their hands, touching products, and putting it back on the shelf. With what’s going on today, and knowing what cases are out there on the island. Has made me very uncomfortable shopping there right now, during these times. I don’t see any real process to keep cleanliness, for the products on the shelves, let alone lumber. For anyone, just be careful going and grabbing things to look at, don’t know what people are carrying around.

I feel much better after reading the other reviews because I originally thought the man “helping” me today was a misogynist. Turns out, many men have also been on the receiving end of rude customer service.nI went in, carrying my toddler, and waited patiently in the long line. Finally, I was able to explain to the cashier that I was looking to order a specific pattern/color of corrugated metal. Before I could say anything else he informed me that no orders could be placed until Monday. I indicated to him that before ordering, I first needed to identify which product I needed. I attempted to show him a picture, but he had no interest in looking, claiming that “no one” would be able to determine which product I was looking for, from a picture he wouldn’t even look at.nI also explained that I worked full-time during the week and wasn’t able to come back on Monday, to which he replied that he worked full time also. No idea why he thought that was information I needed. Then he had the audacity to say he thought I was getting frustrated, as I calmly watched him become increasingly rude and condescending.nIf he thought I seemed frustrated, he should’ve been very grateful I was holding my toddler, whom was already upset about her daddy deploying. Had she not been there, I certainly would’ve shared my complete disgust regarding this cashier’s treatment of a customer, not to mention a fellow HUMAN BEING. Is it really that hard to be nice and courteous?
