Not bad prices are good but they never have my size or pants so if you need XL might as well order online
Katie was very at showing us various pants and shirts, great customer service out.
The associate that was letting people in on black Friday was extremely rude. She had let to many in and when over 10 customers came out and she wasn't letting 1 customer in we asked why? She said in the rudest way well obvious we have to many in here already. Well who's fault is that really but hers. Don't take your frustrations out on your customers I will never shop at the mall old navy again due to her attitude.
Staff was great. As soon as we walked in they informed us the dressing rooms were not being used due to Covid and they explained the return policy. This was really helpful as we were doing school shopping and didn't know which store had dressing rooms open and which didn't. Check out was great. Honored a pricing that was incorrectly placed. Compliant with Covid regulations.
Staff never seems too happy or helpful at all. If you're plus size...you will not be able to find any clothing.
