I was recently there for a consultation appointment with Dr. Griffin. The facility itself is really nice. While I appreciated Dr. Griffin’s honest opinion on the service I was seeking, I wasn’t sold on his bedside manner. Felt like he was trying to sell me on other procedures he thought would make me “more attractive as a woman”. When I made it clear, I wasn’t interested in these other procedures, the nurse who was assisting him in the consultation, quickly rushed me out of the examination room without much of a thank you. It was rather rude! I seriously suggest an evaluation of your customer service standards.

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They were able to do the consultation and surgery same day.
