We were extremely happy with the sales and installation that we received by Peak Alarm. Ammon was our salesperson and explained everything extremely well. We knew what we were getting and how it would be installed. Brendan, did our installation. He was extremely kind, explained things well and answered all of the questions that we posed to him. We would not hesitate to recommend Peak Alarm nor would we hesitate to use them in the future. It was a very positive experience.

They have been alright to deal with over the years as long as nothing is wrong. I just got a phone call saying “we need to upgrade the cell booster in your panel to 4G”. I told them that’s fine and to go ahead. Long story short if I wouldn’t have asked she was going to charge me $99 and then said there will be labor on top of it???? She said I’d be forced to do it within the next few months!!!! What a joke! Turning into the same BS that big companies are today! I’ll be switching to another company when I get back from vacation!

I volunteer for a local animal rescue and was assisting them with finding a new company to monitor the inside smoke detectors. Like a lot of companies, you just get "vanilla" service. That was not the case with the St. George Peak Alarm team. The losing carrier was being difficult with the switch over and was giving us the run around. To help ease that headache, the Peak Alarm team came together and created an amazing work around so we could easily get our new service turned up. Its far and between that you come across companies that are willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Top notch St George Peak Alarm team!! Thank you!

My alarm contact points were failing and Peak would not fix them unless I renewed my contract. When I canceled, they try to give me a deal but wouldn't work with me while I was paying for their service. I also was fined by St George City for no alarm permit. Per my Peak agreement, they were suppose to complete and pay for the permit. They didn't hold up their end. When I sent them the invoice, they ignored my requests to reimburse me. I wish I had a better experience with Peak. I can't recommend them with their current attitude with customer service.

Peak has installed, serviced and maintained systems in 3 of my properties, and counting. David, Ammon and Brendan know their products well, take the time to listen to clients' needs and then customize systems around those needs. The up front purchase prices are comparable to what you would pay for comparable Nest type systems. The monthly fees are very reasonable for a 24/7 monitored system. Peak is my first and last call for home security in St George Utah.
