Once one of my favourite stores. They carried a large assortment of phones, speakers, and other gadgets to make modern technology easy and fun to use. The people here used to be helpful and go above and beyond.
On my last visit, neither of these things were true. Minimal inventory, unwilling service, and impersonal people.
I was very indecisive when I walked in. Thankfully, the staff was extremely patient and knowledgeable! My experience at this store exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning to this location for future upgrades!
The store manager Mr. Mejia was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient in assisting me at this store on 7/6/2020.
I had a problem with moms iPhone. Artie was just wonderful. He really did make my day by replacing my daughters iPhone because she dropped it in the toilet. I would highly recommend this sprint store.
Went to get my sprint phone repaired. They wouldn't fix it because I did have ins. Or warranty. I was willing to pay out of pocket. L
