They miscoded one of my appointments. Instead of marking my appointment as a physical they coded it as a general office visit. The difference of their incompetence cost me over $300. I think I will be needing a new provider.nnWhen I called in to have the issue addressed the woman that n the phone was very rude and unhelpful and provided no solutions or options for review.nnThe second person I spoke to about the issue at Centracare identified the issue and sent it for review. The 3-4 week review process extends past the due date.

Appointment was for 11 am on a Thursday. Now an hour later and still waiting for the doctor. Wouldn't be so bad but try it with someone with dementia. I know there's a lot of new doctors and staff here now but an hour? Seriously...

I’ve gone here a few times since I moved to here. Had few nice doctors that took care of me. Front desk has been polite. Until the other day when I dealt with a rude lady at the desk. Already frustrated with centra care in the past, I’ve made up my mind my family and I are done with them. My wife and I stopped bringing our kids there a year ago. Found a nice not over crowded clinic unlike them. I have now already been seen at another clinic that’s not centra don’t care. It only takes one person sometimes to affect you. Unfortunately for the doctor they just got there time wasted. Good move front desk!
