Cannot even get people to answer the phone, when they do they put you on hold forever, three times today, last time I said no I have been on hold twice, I need to talk to someone this time, she said I have to transfer you then, and put me on hold.....for over ten minutes. Never did get to talk to someone. Glad I learned this today, I was going to get a bank account here, not anymore.

Biggest waste of time ever. I bank out of state and am here for work. I had some issues with mobile deposits with my out of state bank and BofNM assured me that opening an account with them wouldn’t be an issue for cashing payroll checks. Also was “guaranteed” no annual fees for opening s savings account in tandem with the checking. Six months later they still won’t cash my checks and require me to deposit payroll check instantly. Also charged for fees on savings account. Seems like ppl out here just wanna scrape penny’s and rip you off. What ever happened to the dignity of keeping your word and dedication to acquiring customer loyalty? P.O.S

What a let down from my bank of six years. Absolutely zero help after my accountant found a check that was paid twice by the bank, on the same day, with the same check number. To get a call from Cathy Waseta being completely dismissive because it is past the sixty days that we have to dispute and how I will "have to take the hit" and how it is not the banks responsibility nor a mistake because "this is so automated we would never catch a check run twice the same day". Clearly, since it was brought to my attention, when we opened the account we signed that it is our responsibility to guard our account, not sure what this bank is thinking, but thanks to Cathy, there's one less customer with a horrible customer service experience from what's supposed to be a "client service manager".

Highly recommended, handles our business accounts, respond quickly, professionally and they know my name! Downtown branch is terrific. Dottie is always helpful!
