Refinished hardwood floors in several rooms. Turned old ugly floors to gold in no time. The floors look fantastic. Everything from the estimate to the scheduling to the actual work was great! The crew were on time daily, communicated with me throughout, and worked hard. Highly recommend if you’re looking for hardwood floor refinishing.
So far through the sales and scheduling process everything has been seamless. The estimator was up front and honest. The price was right where I expected it to be, actually a little lower. They start on Monday, so more to come!
Howard was the crew leader on my project and he did a wonderful job. He was very professional and honest, open communicator. He also made me feel like I could call him back if I have had any issues with the floors. He made things very simple for me and was efficient with the job. I'd recommend Functional Floors, specifically Howard as the Crew Leader, to anyone in the area looking to remodel their floors.
We were very impressed with Dan and the time he took to explain what we would expect to be getting when refinishing our bedroom hardwood floors. The team was great and very kept in contact with us throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend and will use them again in the future!
