I am only commenting on today's experience. I received both an email and a phone call from Andrew MacKenzie. It was follow-up from an email estimate I requested. He was pleasant and efficient, answering all my questions. I appreciated the discounts--senior and prepayment, the first visit is also discounted, and the grub application will be at no charge. He also made clear that he will be available should I have any issues. In any case, the first impression was great, and my lawn will tell the rest of the story. I will update my review depending on how my lawn responds to the treatments, and what type of service is provided.
Jacob Braun is the man you want to talk to! Great dude! Supper helpful and understanding of my situation. He got me an amazing deal on weed control for my flower beds at home. I hate dealing with weeds in the warmer months and Jacob helped me find the right package so I won’t have to worry about it after winter is over! Great company! Great pricing! Great sales guys! Can’t beat it! I’d HIGHLY recommend talking with Jacob if you are interested in lawn care for your home! You won’t be disappointed.
Brandon and Jake came to mynHouse and were VERY respectful. At first I was just going to give up on my lawn. But they helped me understand that not all hope was lost. Best door sales guys that ive ever talked with. Usually I just shut the door. Thanks guys!
