5 stars plus! We are new customers to Abbey Flooring & Design Center and had a great experience from our first visit to the store through the final installation. We worked with Ed and he was super knowledgeable, collaborative, and fun to work with. Our basement remodel turned out great! We love the carpet (and awesome pad) on the stairs, the sharp looking vinyl plank flooring and area rug. The installers were talented, hard-working guys who handled the tear out of old carpet, tricky install around a slate bar floor and even managed it all around a pool table. We could not be happier and are already saving for replacing the carpet in the bedroom areas.

I was directed to Abbey Flooring by our decorator a few years ago! Never disappointed. Since then we have moved and refinished all our flooring in our new house! Again, never disappointed!! Debbie Reynolds(really, that is her name) has made our choices effortless and helped us choose the right selections for what we wanted to accomplish. I also will be using them for window shades. They are the best!!

A friend of ours told us to go to Abbey Flooring after a disaster had with Lowes for wood flooring.nDebbie Reynolds was our sales person at Abbey Flooring and she worked miracles for us. Not only did she find us a top quality wood floor made in the USA, she got our flooring and installation asap. She went above and beyond. Truly into taking care of customers putting service as priority one!

The customer service at Abbey Floor in Livonia is exceptional. They carry beautiful product at competitive prices. The delivery people went above and beyond with a recent delivery, could not have been happier.

My family has worked with Abbey Flooring and Design for over 20+ years. They have installed all the carpet and flooring in my home. I had to replace carpet on my main floor. Part of this replacement included trying to match new color to the carpet upstairs. Jack Baldner (Salesman at Abbey's) was most helpful - he came over with color swatches and assisted me with ordering samples. Jack helped me find the perfect color that would blend nicely with the other carpet in my home - carpet was ordered in August. Lisa at Abbey helped me a great deal with scheduling. I had a family emergency and could not have the carpet installed until December. This was not an issue for Abbey Flooring, they were more than willing to accommodate. Abbey sent the install team, and i had the pleasure to meet Ken and Jake. Ken and Jake were professional, friendly and very meticulous. I am truly grateful the Abbey Team. If you are in need of carpet or flooring, Abbey is the place to go.
