I have been a residential builder for over 45 years.nI have worked with many flooring companies , in that time, and I have come to recognize and appreciate excellence in both workmanship and exemplary attitude. Velte Wood Floors personifies everything good a consumer could expect from a supplier/contractor/installer.nThe staff at Velte Wood Floors always goes above and way beyond expectations. Recently I and my custom had an experience that stands out for a great example of dedication and hard work.nQuentin actually took his work home with him!nObviously not one who only works his job 9-5 he took on even greater responsibility, to insure a happy customer, and completed our job on his own time in his home shop. I know anyone would be very satisfied with this company and their staff. And you can ask for Quentin or Randy or Steve and be happy that you did. We were!
Very pleased with how the floors turned out after refinishing them. After completing the initial refinish, Quintin noticed that something was off w/the color and quality of the stain. He contacted his supplier and found out that they mistakenly gave him stain that was 3 years old. Quintin said I may not have noticed the poorer result but felt compelled to strip the stain again and fully refinish w/stain that was recently produced. The floor looks great! I appreciate very much Quintin’s commitment to quality and his honesty.
